This is a DELICIOUS raw vegan pudding with a lot of energy and other goodness in it! The texture that figs and water can produce together is simply incredible. No chia, psyllium husks, basil seeds or flax seeds needed. The seasoning elevates the mindblowing sweetness of the dried figs to a tale from 1001 Nights.
Serves 2. Preparation time: 3 min
- 10 dried figs
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp (flat) cardamom
- 1 tsp muscat
- 1 tsp (flat) ginger powder
- 6 pinches of ground clove (go easy on them)
- tonka bean powder (optional)
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend with as much water as you need for your preferred texture. Don’t stir the pudding after blending because that will take out some of its air and thus the fluffiness. Sprinkle with the tonka bean powder and enjoy!
