- 400 g red bell peppers
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 60 g walnuts
- 1/2 dried tomato
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses (or balsamic vinegar with something sweet)
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until it has the texture of your preference.
